A Baltimore based company, King Syrup, originally a Danish brand started in 1915. This is likely a 1940s can, with a litho printed exterior in red and white, sporting the classic King Syrup lion, while utilizing the gold tones of the can. In excellent condition for its age with some minor wear and tear. The inside of the can is in pristine condition and the lid as well—a great can for keeping your food fresh and your kitchen aesthetically pleasing.
The lid is tilted in the photos, but fits perfectly and tightly.
