This endearing creamer was made in the likeness of a Scottish terrier with golden yellow and light brown hues with bright red lips and green pin striped accents on the handle. This handsome creamer was made by Governor of Washington in Japan in the 1930s, with its original label still in tact. It is in great condtion with vibrant colors, however there is one very small chip on its ear. Stands approximately 6” tall, 2” wide at top opening and 3” wide at the bottom.
