These are a rare find and priced accordingly. They are quality J&J Kohn Bentwood café chairs with an embossed seat and their original paper labels are present with some wear, which is quite hard to come by. Made in Austria. This is a set of 6 and all of them are in nearly pristine condition and sturdy for comfortable sitting. The chairs are sequentially numbered 19-24 as a grouping which is uncommon. Peak production for these chairs was 1895-1915. A perfect set for the collector.
This company later merged with Thonet however these chairs pre-date that merge. Open to reasonable offers.
